1. Who we are
Divine Dating Co. is a private companionship atelier. We are the data controller of all personal information collected through this website and any associated mobile application (collectively, the 'Service').
2. What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, phone), screening information (identification, employer, references — encrypted at rest), booking and preference data, IP address, device fingerprint, and cookie identifiers. We do not knowingly collect any information from persons under 18 years of age.
3. How we use it
To verify eligibility (18+ age gate + client screening), coordinate bookings, process payments through PCI-DSS certified third parties, communicate securely, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of (a) your explicit consent (age confirmation, marketing), (b) performance of a contract (bookings, membership), and (c) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict processing, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise, email privacy@divinedating.vip. Residents of California may additionally exercise CCPA rights (right to know, delete, and opt-out of any 'sale' — we do not sell personal data).
6. Retention
Screening data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 5 years, as required for compliance and record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal holds).
7. Security
TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, encrypted-at-rest storage for sensitive fields, JWT session tokens, optional TOTP two-factor authentication. Access limited to vetted personnel.

9. International transfers
Our infrastructure operates from the United States. If you are outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and stored in the U.S. under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
