01 · Nature of Service

Divine Dating Co., established 2003 ("the House"), is a private introduction and companionship concierge. All fees we quote or receive are exclusively for the time and companionship of an adult woman of her own free choosing. Any activity that occurs beyond the introduction is a private matter between two consenting adults over the age of 18, does not form part of any agreement with the House, and is neither solicited nor discussed by us.

02 · Age & Consent

All companions on our roster are 18 years of age or older, verified during onboarding. All clients confirm they are 18 or older when passing the age gate on entering the site. Companions may decline any introduction at any time for any reason without penalty.

03 · Screening

Every client is screened once, confidentially, before their first introduction. Screening data is encrypted at rest, accessible only to our two-person vetting team, and retained only as long as legally required. Providing knowingly false information voids all future bookings and forfeits any deposit on file.

04 · Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit is required to confirm every booking. Deposits are generally applied toward the appointment but are not automatically refundable. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling are considered case-by-case. Travel expenses (airfare, hotels), Fly Me To You arrangements, holidays, special events, screening, and other custom arrangements may carry different cancellation terms.

Divine Dating Co. reserves the right to decline, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at any time for safety, security, verification failure, provider availability, legal compliance, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, threats, harassment, operational reasons, or any other reasonable circumstance.

05 · Discretion

Concierge staff sign mutual NDAs. Our Angels operate under the same protocols. We do not share client identity with anyone outside the vetting team, including other Angels, without explicit permission. Please read our Discretion Promise for full detail.

06 · Prohibited Conduct

We do not tolerate coercion, harassment, disrespect, or unlawful behavior of any kind toward our Angels or staff. Verified clients found in violation of these standards are removed permanently, deposits forfeit.

07 · Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the House operates. Any disputes are handled through private arbitration to protect the discretion of all parties.

08 · Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time. Current terms are always the ones displayed on this page. Substantive changes are communicated to verified clients by email in advance of taking effect.
